专人负责给粗饼账号某场比赛的录入权限
录入权限仅限制定账号
录入员需提前注册粗饼网
录入员名单需主办赛前发送给录入管理员
录入员加入录入员讨论组——有提示或问题疑问与反馈发至群里
录入员后期可以针对粗饼提需求
