View Course registartion stats

Develop a feature that allows users with the "Mentor" role to view course registration statistics. This feature should provide information about the number of users registered for courses and present user-generated data such as ratings and reviews in an accessible and visual format using charts and graphs. Create a dedicated dashboard or section for each course within the Mentor's account that displays registration statistics. Use interactive charts and graphs to visually represent registration data and ratings/reviews. Ensure that these charts provide meaningful insights.

• Create a new branch for every task to isolate changes
• Start working on the issue only when it is assigned to you
• Submit the PR on time, no extra time will be allotted
