Add Video Player for Course Chapters

We need to implement a video player for each chapter of our courses. In addition, "Mentors" should be able to upload and manage videos during the course development process.
The video player should be accessible and responsive, working seamlessly on various devices and browsers. Provide standard video playback controls (play, pause, volume control, full-screen mode). Ensure that the video player and associated elements adapt to different screen sizes, including mobile devices.

Note:

• Create a new branch for every task to isolate changes
• Start working on the issue only when it is assigned to you
• Submit the PR on time, no extra time will be allotted
• Follow the existing theme of website
• Don't request for the issue if it has locked label on it (will be unlocked after dependencies are fixed)
