Implementing a feature to view no applied filters on the recipe list view

Scenario:

User has not applied any filters and views the list of recipes

Given:
- I am viewing the list of recipes in the app
- AND I have not applied any filters to my recipe search
When:
- I look at the filter indication area
Then:
- I should see a message indicating no filters have been applied
