Implementing a feature to clear all applied basic filters and return to an unfiltered recipe list

Scenario:

User can clear all applied basic filters

Given:
- Some basic filter options are applied
When:
- I click on a control to clear all filters
Then:
- All applied filter options should be cleared
- AND the recipe list should return to its unfiltered state
