Implementing a feature to display the total count of recipes matching the filter and search combination

Scenario:

User sees total count of recipes matching filter and search combination

Given:
- I am on the recipes list page
- AND I have applied a search and filter combination
When:
- I look at the search and filter summary
Then:
- I should see the total count of recipes that match the search and filter combination
