Some categories have additional custom fields defined. The responses to these questions are never include in any CSV or other data downloads.

We need to figure out a way to make the these responses available in data downloads. One challenge is that any download will include tickets that ask different questions. We might have to just pack the responses into a single field with JSON.

Rather than adding customFields to the search results controller, it's probably best to add this a new Report. We can create a "Data" report that just dumps raw data from the tickets table.
