With a large enough set of categories and departments, city employees often do not know which department should handle a ticket. It would be useful to display descriptive information about each department on the "Reassign Case" ( tickets/assign ) screen.

It would need to be a new field, as just adding more text to the departments name will show up everywhere on the site. That would be way too verbose, and not so nice.

This is in response to a request from James Hall and Michael Chase who specifically want to see clarifying language after Water Quality, T&D, and Meter Services in the drop down window when someone is assigning the uReport to someone. They were thinking something like:

Water Quality (taste, odor, or appearance issues)
T&D (water main breaks)
Meter Services (low or no water pressure)

Once this feature is complete, we'll want to configure those descriptions accordingly.
