Yes, all of the relayers listen for on-chain events from the chains that are being bridged (this could even be more than 2 chains) and receive the proposal event. |

Yes, all of the relayers listen for on-chain events from the chains that are being bridged (this could even be more than 2 chains) and receive the proposal event.
