@oed proposed this after discussing ReCaps and UCANs in Brussels with @pedrouid . i'm curious if @hmalik88 (or anyone closer to the MM delegation language project) or @obstropolos or @ligi have opinions as well. If i hear from no one I'll throw a blog post up on the alliance. website next week anyways, so feel free to speak up if you think it's a bad idea but have no great counterproposal.

So we have the https://chainagnostic.org/ website already, and it only lists CAIPs right now. In theory we could extend it with some technical explainers to introduce different concepts, how CAIPs could be used together, and general recommendations.

One effective way of doing this might just be to host a virtual technical day where authors present their standards in 20 min presentations.

Might be a good way to highlight the work people put out here / consolidate it into videos and rewatchable programming.
