CATcher crash when attempting to indicate severity

Describe the bug
Unable to create new issue due to website crashing when attempting to input bug severity.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://catcher-org.github.io/CATcher/
2. Click on Session 2113/T PE
3. Create new issue
4. Attempt to Indicate Severity
5. See Crash Page

Expected behavior
Expected to be able to indicate severity without crashing.

Ive tried restarting my laptop but issue persist.

@john-nng Some students have reported CATcher crashing when trying to select a severity level.

Based on our observations so far, this issue happens in the latest version of Chrome (and possibly, other Chromium-based browsers such as Edge and Brave).
So, the workaround for now is to use a different browser (e.g., Firefox, Safari).
