🐛 [Bug Report] - Scroll of Strength V, Bulwark of Kings and Lionheart Champion buffs dont stack

Decription:

Scroll of Strength V: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/spell=33082/strength
Bulwark of Kings: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/spell=34511/valor
Lionheart: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/spell=34513/lionheart

How it works:

The buffs remove each other so if you prebuff with Scroll of Strength V, popping Bulwark of Kings removes the scroll, and if you then get a Lionheart proc it removes the Bulwark of kings buff or Scroll of Strength V buff etc.

How it should work:

Scroll of Strength V should not be removed by Bulwark of Kings/Lionheart
On Retail/TBCC you cant craft both Bulwark of Kings and Lionheart because of Blacksmithing spec limit so evidence for them stacking cant be obtained but if youre going to allow people to craft both you should let them have both buffs so they dont waste expensive mats (10 Primal Nethers, 50 Primal elements and other materials)

Additional Information:

On Warcraftlogs hovering over spells pulls the WOTLK wowhead database instead of TBC which explains why Strength says 15 instead of 20
