🐛 [Bug Report] - Arathi Basin triple power-ups

Decription:

The power-up chests in arathi basin spawn all 3 powerups at the same time (Berserking, Restoration and Speed)

How it works:

You can collect all 3 power-ups from a single chest.

How it should work:

Only one power-up should be available at one location at a given time.

They need to be pooled but there isn't an immediate rush to fix this.
