Warn if the compiler frontend crashes with OneDrive

Apparently it's a thing to clone git repos to OneDrive. But Python can't handle imports across OneDrive, so it shows as a somewhat arcane error, failed to import edgir, even when it exists.

The IDE might try to parse error messages and detect when OneDrive is the possible issue and show a more helpful error.
