About The Pull Request
Fixes #2401
This PR adds the Hammerhead, Serendipity and Gladius as votable yet again, since the server has its own local config files this stuff
onlySHOULD only affect the codebase maps rather than the server ones.The change to max and min players on some maps is due to information I got through the discord server regarding what those maps min/max players was set to.
Why It's Good For The Game
Makes it easier to test out changes for these three maps on local branches.
