About The Pull Request
This PR fixes an error I made when rebuilding atmospherics on the Atlas, as well as giving miners a properly pressurized ready room. Also fixes a couple other minor things that people let me know about.
Why It's Good For The Game
Fix Man Good. Plasmamen might like to be able to breath for more than an hour and a half. Miners wont have to continuously go through an airlock to get stuff from their mining vendor. People might like to mail things to department heads.
