Fixes syndicate maid gloves not appearing
Fixes accessories not using NSV13 exclusive icons
Adds the syndicate maid kit for 20 TC which has: Full syndicate maid outfit, bucket, sharpened mop and syndicate soap
Also removes syndicate maid apron, munitions band, thin bomber jacket and trek jackets from accessories.dmi which is outside of nsv files
This fixes: #1984 (comment)
