I have the bidmach bundle extracted and can run bidmach from the main directory. If I cd to the tutorials the do bidmach notebook I get bidmach: command not found.

What is going wrong here?

You need to be at the main directory to run ./bidmach. If you cd into the tutorials, you need to use ../bidmach instead
bidmach is just a script in the main folder.

This worked. Thanks. However, I had to install Jupyter-scala and change to this kernel as I have jupyter notebook and this doesn't support --profile.
