Please advise if we should remove withPrivateAccess() and related APIs or add deprecate annotation. For now, we haven't supported private DNS in track 1 yet.

let's deprecate it firstly.

Agree on deprecate.

If customer asking, maybe we should first direct them to private dns fluent lite package.

In track2, we can delete it (maybe clean-up all items marked as deprecate, since it is new version).
