Hi.

In the class class WindowsEtherTimestamper (: public EtherTimestamper),
readOID() (with OID_INTEL_GET_TXSTAMP for the oid) just returns ERROR_GEN_FAILURE.

(When we try to get the TX hardware timestamp on windows.)

I tried with my 2 network adapters : i219-LM, and i210.

Does anyone have any idea about this please ?
