Virtualization on Fedora

Hey guys!
I thought I may just post this as the older threads are around a year old.
Fedora doesn't seem to like me when I try to create a virtual machine on both Boxes, Qemu and Virt-Manager, trying to run Windows 11 ARM. (even x64 will be fine if it doesn't work)
Any tips?

Note: tried OpenSuse, Tiny11 for ARM, Windows 11 for ARM and x64.

Specs

MacBook Air M2
M2 with 8 core CPU and GPU
8GB RAM
256GB Storage, 50GB allocated to Fedora
Fedora Gnome (40)
