How to boot in single user mode to change root or user password #117

I installed AsheLinux on my Mac, but the configured user is not allowed to use sudo and I did not configure a root password (that I can remember)

How can I boot into single user mode to change the root password?

I "managed" to type wrong password twice during installation, and I can't log in now...
