How to ask developers of this project to check Pull Requests?

Developers, who have rights to change this code are busy improvementthis library.

But contributions to the project in the form of the pool request means that most work on a particular improvement is already done by the contributor.

It also means that somebody cares about this project and wants to help it rather than make an improvement only in his or her private fork.

It makes sense to add a little effort to review this work and either object to it or merge it.

It reqyires much less efforts than to make similar improvement or fix from scratch.
