Preventing '_CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS': macro redefinition error #292

Visual Studio gives me '_CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS': macro redefinition error.

This error can easily be avoided if the following line

opennn/opennn/config.h

Line 22 in 4708cac

#define _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS

would be surrounded by the #ifndef protection

#ifndef _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS
#define _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS 
#endif
