Request: in the first non-emergency link in this page, the tooltip in that link says:

"Routine actions taken by the Security Council, such as software upgrades and maintenance. Emergency actions are activated only after a delay, as opposed to Emergency action."

and it should instead say:

Routine actions taken by the Security Council, such as software upgrades and maintenance. Non-emergency actions are activated only after a delay, as opposed to Emergency action.
