To do: Appsterdam directory

Create a directory with everyone's name, GitHub handle, Twitter account, and Appsterdam email account.

I'm guessing this should go in the wiki so we can continuously add/edit the list.

@ElDragonRojo @spllr Do you know offhand if placing full email addresses as I've done in the Volunteer page is asking for Spam? I'm not finding any type of written affirmation on the Intrawebs to say yea or nea. Thoughts, advice?
