ajouter un trigger qui vérifie lors des ajouts de ligne : si le champs sqe.t_progannuelle_pga.pga_stm_cdstationmesureauxsurface n'est pas NULL alors il doit être dans tr_stationmesure_stm.stm_cdstationmesureauxsurface
