Can you integrate the Command Line export option 'border' into the GUI?

Where should such an option be best placed?
Inside a menu it is not practical to add an option to change a number.
So my best guess is maybe a new Export Settings page under Tools->Preferences.
Such a page could contain all available export settings and the menu could contain only the most sensible options (as for now) and act as a shortcut for those settings.
