• Enabling conversations on the repo (to avoid people creating too many issues, and instead having convos, until a consensus is reached, eg on moderation, or very complex topics)
• Adding P0, P1, P2 labels (AND/OR) Enabling GitHub projects to rank/Organize issues
• Adding Android, iOS labels, plus labels for big components of the app, as opposed to prefixes
• Adding a few people with the ability to triage/edit bugs to get them to level for development
• Adding some CI items (release please to generate a changelog, automatic deployment to Google Play and the App Store to lighten the deployment load, issue 👍 upvote to let user vote on things they want)
