Steps for Python Design:

find cross sectional area of pipe based on Gtheta/height
Pick channel number (probably start with 6, but allow for that to be modified in the code)
Calculate the required baffle space area
Figure out how to divide each channel to get desired baffle space area (round down) (integration :))
