Lines in various RST files have inconsistent word wrap. For example, the line below does not use word wrap while other sections in the same document do use word wrap.

The AAPCS64 defines how subroutines can be separately written, separately compiled, and separately assembled to work together. It describes a contract between a calling routine and a called routine, or between a routine and its execution environment, that defines:

For ease of use by those who browse the documentation in native RST format, it would be great to use word wrap consistently throughout the documents. This can be updated with no impact or changes to the generated PDF documents.
