Mac OS M1 chip error report, is there lastest version that can support Apple arm64?

When I use MACOS, it prompts me that it only support the Intel kernel. Is there the latest version of the program that can support Macos arm64?

Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: This system does not meet the minimum requirements for use of the Intel(R) Math Kernel Library.
The processor must support the Intel(R) Supplemental Streaming SIMD Extensions 3 (Intel(R) SSSE3) instructions.

Thanks for your reply very mach. I have solved the question according above methods. it is very surprise that tensorflow2.5 is also ok, but the  the requirement is tensorflow=2.3.
