[Improvement] Add a link to the web interface to promote usage if safe is deployed

Description

It would be nice to add a link to the web interface to promote using the safe that was created via the demo app. I think it could make sense to add it on the 'Thanks' section but feel free to add it when preferred 😄

Note that we will need to hide this link for chains with no ui support like mumbai.
