[Bug]: 从符号链接（软链接）启动时，工作目录错误

预期情况

从符号链接应该能正常启动，并从原目录搜索 DLL、创建配置和日志文件

实际情况

用符号链接启动时，会在符号链接目录创建配置和日志文件夹，并且搜索 DLL，搜索不到导致 crash。

复现方法

创建符号链接，从符号链接启动。

额外信息

这个主要是 WinGet 软件管理器会为 Portable 软件创建符号链接到一个 PATH 内目录，方便命令行直接启动。目前创建软链接无法正常工作，配置也不是读取原来目录的。
