Include unit in discourse autocomplete (or display name)

@swomma suggested discourse user autocomplete include the member's primary unit, or [Ret.], to make it easier to match when sending PMs and mentions in a post. It may be necessary to include the unit in the user's display name if it's not easy to modify the autocomplete template. Probably not necessary for launch, though.
