We have a bunch of email forwards (e.g. [email protected] forwarding to personal email address). We also have an outbound SMTP server used by the forum to send account confirmation and password reset emails. These will all need to be moved to a new provider if we're leaving dreamhost.

It's likely closely tied to #451 as many registrars offer email forwarding out of the box.

  • Porkbun offers 10 free forwards. Beyond that, for $24/yr ($2/mo) they offer a full email account and (assumedly unlimited) forwarding.

I am one of those forwarding email from [email protected]. When we migrate, I'd also like the ability to send email from the same.
