[Feature request] Adding Ban Dispute to Ban Logs

Recruits with ban logs have to be sent up to HQ with both the Ban Log and Ban Dispute linked. The ban log is easy to find via the personnel system but the Ban Dispute has to be manually searched which can be tough with different nicknames.

It would also help decide if he had been unbanned or he needs to post a ban appeal first, so a status tab would be helpful as well, like Banned/Unbanned and if it's unbanned then there'd be a link for the ban appeal.

• EL processing enlsitment now sees all banlogs for recruits ROID
• Banlog page now includes links to all ban disputes for that ROID
