[Feature Request] Add AQB alerts to Alerts Page

After all checkmarks are applied to a AIT have a message displayed on the Alerts page to signify that the AQB is due to be awarded.

Not really sure if it makes sense - Stats tab on units' page shows all alerts (100% in red). On the other hand some units don't give out last tic untill Badge is approved.

I'd like to see anything that has reached 100% on the STATS page allso appear on this page:

The STATS page is great, I like the way it functions; an at-a-glance view of the members but the ALERTS page is usually the go-to place for Sqd. and Plt. for seeing what is due now.
