请描述您的需求或者改进建议

当前进程守护设置已停止后，开启还是会自动启动：

这个不是很合理，因为有些服务需要手动控制启停，不想默认自动启动。

现在的解决办法是直接删掉对应进程，只有需要使用的时候在配置，比较繁琐。

请描述你建议的实现方案

建议优化：

  • 管理: 已启动时，非手动停止始终启动
  • 管理: 已停止时，非手动启动始终停止

好的，感谢说明！但还是建议在UI上展示或引导，不然真的找不到
