Describe the bug

When toggling between service providers within a specific feature, if you have pre-existing credentials stored for a provider they are not retained when toggling away/back to a specific provider. Ideally we maintain those credentials and don't force someone to have to re-enter credentials.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Language Processing > Classification. Enter credentials for IBM Watson. Save. Switch to OpenAI and enter credentials. Save. Switch to IBM Watson and see that the previous credentials are missing and you need to re-enter credentials to save.
