Description & steps to reproduce

when I do kurtosis clean --all
kurtosis run --enclave cdk-v1 --args-file params.yml --image-download always .
this error appeared to me
ls -l /opt/zkevm/combined.json
shows that combined.json is an empty file

Desired behavior

The CDK should be deployed on the base sepolia testnet

What is the severity of this bug?

Critical; I am blocked and Kurtosis CDK is unusable for me because of this bug.

I was commenting sepolia and used holesky to try
The mentioned error was appeared while using holesky network but on other hand appeared while using Sepolia
